Testimonials

My life changed in October 2009 when I heard about CrossFit at Scottsdale Healthcare. For me, it's all about functional movements and getting healthy! Each day is a challenge, but I'm getting stronger and have a real sense of accomplishment after each intense workout. I'm grateful to the trainers for their help and encouragement in my journey to be fit and healthy.
