Thanks for letting me come by unannounced and crash a WOD. I just wish it wouldn’t have been FGB. Sean, great numbers man. It was really good to work out with you. I wish you guys the best of luck with the new gym and hopefully I’ll be back in AZ soon looking for a place to live. If so I’ll stop by again.

To the 5:30 essentials class today, that was AMAZING! Bryan with the day’s records completing the WOD in 5:59 and doing 75 lbs ground to overhead like it was 5 lbs! Congrats all!
