To Rx this WOD your knees must touch elbows on all 55 reps, knee raises and chest lifts are scaled.

Scaled for knees to elbows. Close, but need to get my ab strength up. If I had Anne’s ab strength I would have dominated it.

Same as Noah… Knees to armpits most reps, maybe a little lower in a few later rounds as I started to get fatigued. at least i did rx’d weight on SDHP? haha
