Scaled for knees to elbows. Close, but need to get my ab strength up. If I had Anne’s ab strength I would have dominated it.
Same as Noah… Knees to armpits most reps, maybe a little lower in a few later rounds as I started to get fatigued. at least i did rx’d weight on SDHP? haha
