What was wrong with the Monkey WOD? My entry got deleted out of Beyond the Whiteboard too.
I’ll make up this one later. It’s my type of workout, but I’m done for the day.
I tried to edit something on it and I hit delete, if you search workouts it will be there under knees to elbows, run, overhead squat
I completely forgot my time from last night, do we still have those on the board?
