Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

I just watched the video you posted about a day or two ago. Bwahahahaha! That was TOO funny! All SHC Crossfitters MUST see that video. Then see the one called, “two crossfitters, one chalk bucket.” hahahahaha!

Unfortunately, I did something to my shoulder and I can barely lift my arm…Not sure if I slept on it wrong or what. I’m really hoping it’s nothing serious but this is day 4 with limitied movement in my arm, so we’ll see. Anywho, I will be out for a little bit and I am going to see the Doc early next week (assuming it doesn’t heal by then). I will keep everyone posted and wish I could be there!
