I went on a bike ride from my house, up the greenbelt, around Chaparral Park twice, and then back home. It was about 11 miles. Untimed. My bike isn’t really built for speed, but it was a workout.
Ran 3.1, haven’t gotten an official time.
Hiked Picacho Sunday instead of Saturday. Went off trail to get to some of the hidden turquoise mines. Fun adventure for anyone who’s up to it before before they close down the park in the next few months. If you plan on exploring caves, bring a flashlight, walking stick, and some sort of mask is helpful as some of the mining caves smell.
I did 5 rounds of 400 meter run and 50 situps for time on Saturday and did circumfrence trail of squaw peak on Sunday.
