All week 1 journals are due today or lose out on points for the Paleo Challenge

Also with the increase in class numbers the CFSB will be put on hold until we get a bigger facility and more weight racks.  Also some members were not involved when we started in December.  Sorry we will test out this week and in two weeks do our 1 rm week.

Warm Up

5 minutes (we all start together) no rest between sets
1 min double unders
1 min squats
1 min of burpees
1 min of ice skaters
1 min plank hold

WOD
3 rounds of
800 meter run
& 5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats no ball)

So its a total of 15 rounds of Cindy

Do we have to turn in paper versions of our food journals or is the posting on the group site enough?

Ah. Thus my great time on the WOD. I didn’t do it right. Oops. Sadly, I was still sweating and huffing like crazy.
