Hey Ben! I really liked this weeks workout mix. Monday…bomb the shoulders and upper body. Tuesday….bomb the legs with the front squats. Wednesday is my day off, so whatever. Thursday…bomb the abs, and run a bit. A nice mix, not overloading any one part. More please!
