Let's start with the facts: I'm 43, male, and decently active before Crossfit. I'm starting my third month of this, and have lost over 10 unwanted pounds. Plus, I feel great!..... stronger, more agile and with better endurance.
I've lifted weights for years, and have participated PLENTY in sports, yoga, Pilates, and such. "Bootcamp"-style workouts are very vogue these days in the world of fitness. Don't mistake Crossfit for being a joke that is just hopping on that bandwagon.....Crossfit is the real deal.
Read the underlying philosophy of Crossfit on their home website (crossfit.com). Be assured that coach(es) Ben (and Tricia!) are on task to make you generate REAL results. Period.
