Constantly Varied, functional movements, executed at a relatively high intensity.
- Constantly varied: always changing and keeping you prepared for the unprepared.
- Functional movements: we use movements that are natural to the human body; run, jump, sit, stand, push, pull, throw and squat. We do not use single joint or isolation movements. The body is a tool and it is time to use it correctly and for which it was designed.
- High intensity: Work hard in your pace zone and you will witness extraordinary results.
CrossFit’s goal is to make everyday life easier by learning how to use the body the way it was intended. Relying on machines to do our work for us is an easy way out of doing hard work and does not breed any type functionality.
It is best to stop by and try a workout, words alone cannot describe the experience.
