My first experience with SHC CrossFit was the \"CrossFit Challenge\" Ben held for 3 months last year.
Before I tell you about the Challenge, let me say that I have been very active in sports throughout childhood and into my adult life. I conscientiously went to the gym three times a week for years - trying different gyms and different routines - and only managed to maintain my existing level of fitness. Then I heard Ben\'s presentation on CrossFit and decided it would be the key to my optimal fitness and enjoyment of my four grandkids into retirement.
Back to the Challenge - in three short months of 3-4 30-45 minute sessions - I experienced tremendous results - greatly increased strength and endurance AND reduced body fat from 38% to 24%!
