guys will be wearing shorts and shirts off.

I started Crossfit because I needed to, but now go daily because I WANT to. I have done many types of training since high school. Although many had their perks, Crossfit accomplishes what few can, total body fitness and results! I'm no longer training to be fit for a certain sport of hobby, I'm training to be fit for whatever life throws at me daily. I look forward to the challenges and accomplishments that each day brings. We walk out of the gym every day a newly forged person.
