Brian’s coming back to the 6:45 class after two weeks off and already talkin’ smack via text. Bring it!

  • Anne says:

Good job everyone on your new skills!!!! I wish I was there to see them!

  • Bryan says:

Hey…I know better than to talk smack after being gone for two weeks. However, I do plan on bringing it today so watch yourself!

  • Bryan says:

Hey..I think my powerclean was actually 425…4X45 on each side and one ten on each side comes out to 425 :-)

  • BEvans says:

If you can power clean 425 I will sign u up today for Worlds Strongest man. Yes your deadlift was 425

  • Bryan says:

Hahaha. Sorry. Early in the morning. I meant deadlift. That would be pretty impressive to powerclean that much.

That's okay. You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more important, you've got to play with your heart--every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second." - Vince Lombardi
Testimonials

Let's start with the facts: I'm 43, male, and decently active before Crossfit. I'm starting my third month of this, and have lost over 10 unwanted pounds. Plus, I feel great!..... stronger, more agile and with better endurance. I've lifted weights for years, and have participated PLENTY in sports, yoga, Pilates, and such. "Bootcamp"-style workouts are very vogue these days in the world of fitness. Don't mistake Crossfit for being a joke that is just hopping on that bandwagon.....Crossfit is the real deal. Read the underlying philosophy of Crossfit on their home website (crossfit.com). Be assured that coach(es) Ben (and Tricia!) are on task to make you generate REAL results. Period.
