So, the paleo diet hasn’t been that bad until today. Hemp protein powder mixed with almond milk is the worst thing i have ever tasted!

Ben 3×5 155,160, 170 (pr) was going to try 180 but 5th rep of 170 I lost my grip and my thumb somehow snapped back and touched my wrist. PS I am typing with my good hand now.
Also did my mile 6:58 (not bad for an old guy with bad calves)

Noah are you nuts why would you even drink that.

  • Noah B says:

Cause regular protein has sugar and dairy. Also, soy isn’t allowed in the paleo diet cause the cave men were to dumb to make it however many years ago. So, hemp is all im left with…Oh, and the almond milk for the same obvious reasons. I’m trying to get my gold stars!

  • BEvans says:

I know the paleo but if you need protein just eat something that had parents

Testimonials

Let's start with the facts: I'm 43, male, and decently active before Crossfit. I'm starting my third month of this, and have lost over 10 unwanted pounds. Plus, I feel great!..... stronger, more agile and with better endurance. I've lifted weights for years, and have participated PLENTY in sports, yoga, Pilates, and such. "Bootcamp"-style workouts are very vogue these days in the world of fitness. Don't mistake Crossfit for being a joke that is just hopping on that bandwagon.....Crossfit is the real deal. Read the underlying philosophy of Crossfit on their home website (crossfit.com). Be assured that coach(es) Ben (and Tricia!) are on task to make you generate REAL results. Period.
