Rest

Ok 1st full week of CFSB seemed to be a great success, do yourself a favor and eat well this week.  (Meat, nuts, seeds, veggies, some fruit little starch, no sugar of course) but eat up because week 2 of CFSB will be much much harder.

    Ha, looks like you!
    I can already feel myself getting stronger from the mix of the Paleo diet and this new strength program. All im saying is, Crossfit Games 2010, watch out! I’ll have the best dang sign in booth west of the Mississippi!
