I appreciate that. Only reason we do the CFSB is so scaling weight doesn’t have to be such a pain. I don’t like guessing for 30 people. and most people scale to light and don’t the full effect of the wod. But if you wish to continue the method we did yester (which is fine with me) then please follow the middle board for workouts. Again I do appreciate your opinion
