		<description>Unfortunately, I did something to my shoulder and I can barely lift my arm...Not sure if I slept on it wrong or what. I&#039;m really hoping it&#039;s nothing serious but this is day 4 with limitied movement in my arm, so we&#039;ll see. Anywho, I will be out for a little bit and I am going to see the Doc early next week (assuming it doesn&#039;t heal by then).  I will keep everyone posted and wish I could be there!</description>
