400 m run
30 burpees
20 front squats @ 95
400m run
20 burpees
10 front squats @95
400m run
10 burpees


Warmed up with pushups and pullups (20 each).
I sub’d box jumps for the 400 (30,20 and 10) because I didn’t want to run outside in the cold Tyler, TX air and dropped to 50# because I only had dumbells… and no stopwatch.
