I can’t make my 5:45 time today so it looks like I’m working out at home today. At least it’s a “home-friendly” workout. The people in my neighborhood are used to seeing me do strange things in the park but we don’t talk about that.
Gym nobody has signed up for 6:30pm so you can come then

Thanks Ben but I’ve got to get my daughter to/from volleyball practice tonight, which ends later. I’m headed to the park pretty soon to get this done. Not as good as the gym but WAY better than the couch.
