		<description>Thanks Ben but I&#039;ve got to get my daughter to/from volleyball practice tonight, which ends later.  I&#039;m headed to the park pretty soon to get this done.  Not as good as the gym but WAY better than the couch.

I&#039;ll be there tomorrow.</description>
