Thanks Ben. I can used an improvised WOD for Wednesday morning as well. The workout room has dumbells (10 lbs to 50 lbs), pullup bar, treadmills and bikes.
I’ll have a full gym for Thursday morning.

    BTW this is Chad.

Testimonials

Since I was a little kid, fitness has always played a major role in my life. Whether it was playing basketball at the YMCA, the good old Football days all through high school or weight lifting in my more recent years, I have always tried to stay fit and healthy. Now, I am a member of CrossFit and am in the best shape of my life. At 26 years of age, I wish I had been on this program since day one! Not only is it highly competitive, but it’s also a blast. Instead of dreading the gym, I look forward to working out and always improving my fitness. If you are someone considering CrossFit, try it out at least once and I promise you that you will be back for more. CrossFit changed my life, let it change yours!
