Neil, it took me 47:48 with the red band. Can you imagine how long it would have taken with no band? Even with the band, my hand tore again right at the last 5 or 10 pull-ups. I’m happy with what I did.
Noah, no beer Wednesday. Looks like I have to weigh in Thursday morning. Someday. Maybe next month when we’re open on Fridays we can plan something.
